Relaunch the Soother Tool as a co-creation via the Pregnancy+ App, that has a high amount of (daily) users. In the new tool we give parents/grandparents/others the option to design and personalize their soother and actually purchase their design.
Creating a seamless and affective User experience for this ‘create your own’ tool was imperative. We created an intuitive consumer journey that focused on increasing the simplicity and satisfaction of using the application.
We provided a simple visual design with affective cues to make the flow as self explanatory as possible. The minimal design helps guide the user easily from one step to another, this making the process as smooth as possible to create their own soother.
